Frequently asked questions
What is the free revenue analysis?
Fuse runs revenue analytics on your claims and remits: allowed-amount variance by CPT, underpayment flags, denial trends by payer and category, and benchmarks of your contracted rates against payers’ published market rates. You review the results with our team and see where revenue is leaking and where it could grow.
Is the revenue analysis really free?
Yes, with no obligation. It is the same analysis the Fuse platform runs continuously for customers. We offer it free because it is the fastest way to show what Fuse finds in your own data rather than a generic demo.
What do you need from us to run the analysis?
Just your claims data (837s) and remittance data (ERAs) via your EHR, practice management system, or clearinghouse. Setup is handled by our team on a short onboarding call. There is no software to install and no IT project.
Why do you ask for my EHR / PM system?
So we can confirm Fuse connects to your stack before you invest any time. Fuse works with common systems like athenaOne and DrChrono, plus major clearinghouses like Availity and Waystar.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Fuse is HIPAA compliant and SOC 2 Type II certified, and follows best practices for secure data handling. Your data is only used to produce your analysis.
Do I need to be a Fuse customer to get the analysis?
No. The analysis is available to any practice. If you like what it finds, Fuse can keep monitoring your claims automatically, and that is the only next step, only if you want it.
